The mex files in
http://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Ipopt/Ipopt-3.11.0-linux64mac64win32win64-matlabmexfiles.zip
already include an Ipopt 3.11.0 library.

There we be no extra binaries made available for using Ipopt 3.10.3 
under Matlab.
