[Ipopt] MATLAB crash

Hello,
Oh! That was it.
By using the ipopt.mexa64 in the ipopt build directory, it works now.
CasADi requested that ipopt be installed in usr/local, that is why it was
there originally, but not the recently installed versions. I had forgotten
about that.
