[Ipopt] optimization problems with complementarity constraints

Hi,

probably you mean Ipopt 2.3?
It's still available at
http://www.coin-or.org/Ipopt/ipopt-fortran.html

However, it is not maintained anymore!
As far as I know, there exists no Matlab interface for this version.
