[Ipopt] Benchmarch of linear solvers

I'm not aware of any done recently, and in fact this is on my list of 
things to do this month.

Preliminary results indicate it can be very problem dependant and you 
can get significant changes in behaviour by tweaking solver parameters 
(eg scaling, pivoting, ordering, definitions of zero, supernode 
amalgamation strategies).
