Hi Ashutosh et. al.
I have a related question - does IPOPT in general allow infeasible initial guesses and converge to feasible solutions ? Are there any edge cases that I should be aware of ?
Other than that we have been using IPOPT for the last 7-8 months with good results.
Thanks,
Swagato

Dear Darcy,
It may be more helpful to describe the problem you are solving and how you
input it to Ipopt. Do you call it through AMPL, GAMS or the C++ interface?
Are there any points where the functions become infinite or nan (like 1/x)?
