[Ipopt] ipoptr

i'm trying to start with ipopt through R
i found the ipoptr package but, to begin with
it is not clear how to download the package
and it is not possible to find it

does anybody knows about a clear tutorial on how to dowload and install ipoptr?
(I already have the "Intro to ipoptr: an R interface to Ipopt" but it is not clear at all)
