[Ipopt] Latest on Windows/Matlab version?

Hi,

I've been able to compile binaries for windows. However, because of
licensing issues its is not possible to share binaries with the MA57/27
solvers. I have some instructions here

I, too, have been looking for a precompiled Mex file for windows. I had one
of my students try to compile using msvc, but he was unsuccessful.
