[Ipopt] C# interface to IPOPT

Dear subscribers,

For convenience, I have now created a simple code hosting project for the
Ipopt C# interface, see http://code.google.com/p/csipopt/. Basic
instructions for using the interface are additionally provided on the Ipopt
wiki, https://projects.coin-or.org/Ipopt/wiki/CompilationHints#csipopt.

Please feel free to report issues with the interface on the csipopt project
site, http://code.google.com/p/csipopt/issues/list. And if anyone is
interested in participating in the further improvement of the interface, you
are more than welcome to join me as a csipopt project member.
