[Ipopt] Buildtools/run_autotools in parallel branch fails

Hello everyone,

running

BuildTools/run_autotools

in the base directory of the parallel branch fails with the following output:

src/Algorithm/Inexact/Makefile.am:48: COIN_HAS_HSL does not appear in
AM_CONDITIONAL
src/Algorithm/LinearSolvers/Makefile.am:97: COIN_HAS_MUMPS does not
appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
src/Algorithm/LinearSolvers/Makefile.am:108: COIN_HAS_HSL does not
appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
src/Algorithm/Makefile.am:94: COIN_HAS_HSL does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
src/Apps/Makefile.am:13: COIN_HAS_ASL does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
src/Interfaces/Makefile.am:72: COIN_HAS_HSL does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
Makefile.am:145: COIN_HAS_PKGCONFIG does not appear in AM_CONDITIONAL
Trap: removing /home/hans/src/paripopt/Ipopt/BuildTools

I suppose there were changes made to the Ipopt build system that were
not ported to the parallel version?
