[Ipopt] ipopt on windows?

Hi Erim,

I got Ipopt (+Matlab interface) to run on Windows 7 using MinGW. See this thread

If you'd rather use Visual Studio, there is a solution file in the
Ipopt distribution, but I have no experience with that.
