[Ipopt] quick licensing question

Dear Andreas and Ipopt community,

We've noticed a big interest in the matlab interface for Ipopt for Windows.
I was wondering, if I compile a version of it using only MUMPS as the linear
solver and the netlib versions of Blas and Lapack, am I allowed to freely
distribute these files? If so I've already got it done, and I'd like to post
it somewhere.
