[Ipopt] ampl options elapsed time

Hello

I'm using IPOPT through NEOS server. Whenever I include a command file, it
seems that ipopt options are not recognized

I receive such errors : 
Ipopt 3.8.3: Unknown keyword "imaxiter"
Unknown keyword "dtol"

Yet, I'm using options exactly as mentioned on the URL : 
http://www.coin-or.org/Ipopt/IPOPT_options.html

Besides, is there an option to display the resolution time ?  "ioutput" with
an appropriate level ?
