[Ipopt] Option to flush output buffer

Hello,

I'm attempting to tie IPOPT to a Fortran code and was wondering if there is a way (short of modifying the Ipopt code) to flush the output buffer of IPOPT after every iteration.  In our application its often nice to know if the solver is progressing properly, and seeing every iteration would be preferable only seeing output every 150-200 iterations.
