[Ipopt] UNKNOWN_MATRIX_TYPE in IpTripletHelper.cpp

Hi Xiaoming,

Are you running 3.4.1 or 3.5.1?  If the former, I suggest to try the 
latest version (or stable branch).

If you are running 3.5.1, this could be a bug introduced during some 
recent changes.  If you see this issue with 3.5.1, please submit a ticket 
with an example so that we can reproduce the issue.
