[Ipopt] IpSymMatrix.cpp

Hi,

> What is the status of IpSymMatrix.cpp? I am trying to build libIpopt under MSVS

I think it was removed.
Can you rerun configure or at least config.status in the Ipopt 
subdirectory to get the Makefile's recreated?
