[Ipopt] Resolved issues when compiling with MinGW GCC 4.3.0

Hi Andreas,

I have now had the possibility to test the fixes in the stable branch, and
everything  works right "out-of-the-box" when compiling with MinGW GCC
4.3.0.

Thanks for incorporating these fixes so quickly!
