[Ipopt] Problems with Pardiso solver in Ipopt

Hi Fabian

Many thanks for this.
The pardiso version I used is libpardiso_GFORTRAN42_INTEL64_P.so,
the compiler in the computer are 64-bit gcc 4.2.0, gfortran 4.2.0.
