[Ipopt] IPOPT with Intel C++ on Windows (and later, Linux?)

Has anyone successfully compiled IPOPT with the Intel C++ compiler and the
MKL?  The comments I can find on the insufficency of the MKL Paradiso solver
are 2 years old, and I wonder if they still apply?  And also, the MKL's
LAPACK and BLAS seem to work well.

If any binaries are available, I would be very grateful.
