[Coin-ipopt] Calling external funcions as _stdcall from IPOPT

I need to turn the functions 
EV_F, EV_G, EV_GRAD_F, EV_JAC_G, EV_HESS to be called externaly according to _stdcall convention. In order to do that I have to change IPOPT C++ code (I think IpStdCInterface.hpp), but I not sure on how to implement that.
