[Coin-ipopt] undefined class "class MatrixSpace"

Hi Andreas,

When I clicked on "Login" many times ,  there was no login dialog box.  I did 
not see "New Ticket" tab.  I only see "View Tickets"... Should I install 
anything, i.e. Python... ?
