[Coin-ipopt] undefined class "class MatrixSpace"

Hi Danh,

To submit a ticket, you do not need to edit a wiki page. You use the "New
Ticket" tab at the top of any page (after you logged in).

I changed the description at

http://projects.coin-or.org/Ipopt/wiki/EditingWikiPages

If you find a clearer way to point uses to what they have to do to submit
a ticket, please feel free to edit the corresponding wiki page. The "Edit
this page" button shows up at the bottom of the wiki page after you logged
in.

Thanks

Andreas
