[Coin-ipopt] Ipopt-3.2.3 with ACML library

There is a lot of information about configuration etc on

In particular, please have a look at

https://projects.coin-or.org/CoinHelp/wiki/user-troubleshooting#ProblemsDuringConfiguration

and see how far that gets you.  Probably what happens is that there is a 
missing library or some conflict with symbols or missing symbols etc.

If that doesn't help you to find out what the problem is, please submit an 
Ipopt ticket, as described under the second link above (including the 
requested information).
