[Coin-ipopt] IPOPT + MATLAB

Hi, Adam， 
     I think the key point is to convert the OC problem into the equivalent NLP problem and use IPOPT to solve it. There are some references which concern about this area. I think you can refer to F. Fahroo & I. M. Ross's paper. Hope this can help you.
