[Coin-ipopt] Windows executable

Hello

My name is Rodrigo, I'm currently looking for a way to get a pre-compiled
version of the new ipopt solver for windows. Is this possible? Could anyone
tell me where I can download a binary executable? I didn't want to install
cygwin because I have hard disk space limitations and I don't own a license
for MS Visual Studio. So I don't have a way to compile the source code.

Any help will be very much appreciated. Thanks all in advance,
