[Coin-ipopt] list iterator not decrementable

Hi Jun,

I have not seen this error before, and since I don't have MS C++.NET 2005
I can't reproduce it.  If you are able to find out where exactly the error
occurs, we can see if we doing something that doesn't conform with the C++
standard and try to change to code to make it work for you.
