[Coin-ipopt] IPOPT within any MINLP solvers?

Hi,

Just came across IPOPT by way of NEOS. It solved my
linear-objective/quadratic constraints problem much faster (and correctly)
than the other solvers I tried. Perusal of Andreas' tech paper lent
supporting rationale -- all most impressive! :-)

Anyway, is there any work underway (or "complete") that employs IPOPT
within an MINLP (mixed integer NLP) solver?

Cheers!
