[Coin-ipopt] 1. IPOPT w/ Matlab

Andreas,

I appreciate your quick response.
In fact, I need to finish this application pretty soon and I wont be able to
wait for the interface.
I would like to contribute to write this interface but I do not know much
about fortran. However, I may tray to make this work for my particular
application. If I get good results I would be please to share it with you.
