Carlos,
There is a MATLAB interface (using mex) for LOQO that is available for
general NLPs.  This is just something I wrote for my use, so it's not
available on the web, but I can send you the bundle if you want.  In case
you don't know, LOQO is also an interior-point code for NLP.  It's not free
like IPOPT, but there are temporary free licences available at
www.princeton.edu/~rvdb.  It can act as a temporary solution until the IPOPT
interface is completed.
