[Coin-ipopt] help needed with orthogonal collocation method

Dear Jayachandran,

Please restrict messages that you send to the coin-ipopt mailing list to
questions or comments regarding IPOPT.  As the website where you
singed up states:

"IPOPT is an implementation of an interior point algorithm for nonlinear
optimization. This list is for announcments and discussions regarding the
usage and development of IPOPT."
