[GAMSlinks] Installing LP solvers with GAMSLinks

Dear All,

I am trying to use Clp solver with GAMS. So i decided to install
GAMSLinks-Osi. I am using GAMS version 23.8 and GAMSLinks i stable 0.4
version.
I was using install guide from this page
https://projects.coin-or.org/GAMSlinks/wiki/Installation
After step 9 i should get several zip files. I got them except of
gmsosi_.zip (attached it). Then i launched make command directly from
directory GAMSlinks/GAMSlinks/src/Osi and got this zip file.
I moved all zip files to GAMS installation directory and run gamsinst
command. After this i could not execute GAMS programs with solvers
that should be provided by GAMSLinks and Osi.

I feel that i missed some installation step, but i can understand
which. Looks like i did all from installation guide. Please help me
with this.
