[GAMSlinks] GAMS and Gurobi through GAMSlinks

Hi,

you can try GAMSlinks trunk, that one includes uptodate solver links
that should work with GAMS 23.3.
Easier may be to update to GAMS 23.5, which has an Osi/Gurobi3.0 link
included.
