[CppAD] error running CPPAD

Hi,

   I am trying to run an optimization using cppad_ipopt class, following
one of the example.

When I run my code, I am getting the following error:

cppad-20120807 error from unknown source
Error detected by false result for
    taddr > 0
at line 241 in the file
    /opt/cppad/2012/cppad/local/ad.hpp

Could you point me to where something might be wrong ?
