[CppAD] Version 2011

There is a new release of CppAD available. The stable source code is in
https://projects.coin-or.org/CppAD/browser/stable/20110101

There were some problems with the initial release that have been fixed in
http://www.coin-or.org/download/source/CppAD/cppad-20110101.2.gpl.tgz
