[CppAD] Then CppAD download is broken

A subversion method for downloading CppAD has been added; see
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/download.<ext>
where <ext> is htm or xml. Unfortunately, the date for the version on 
this web page is not correct.

This will be fixed tomorrow. For today, if you want to download one of 
the tarballs you will have to put use the proper date explicitly. For 
example, to download the Unix tar file with the CPL license, you will 
have to change 20071027 to 20071030; to be more specific, download
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/cppad-20071030.gpl.tgz
