[CppAD] Wrong subversion path

Thanks Michael.

I have corrected the subversion install instructions; see
    https://projects.coin-or.org/CppAD/changeset/697

The web based documentation
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/installsubversion.xml
and the distribution files should be updated during the build early 
tomorrow morning.

I have put a reference to the original bug report below in
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/whatsnew06.xml
which should also updated during the next build.
