[CppAD] Problem with https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/CppAD/stable/1.0/CppAD

Hi Michael:

No, I am not building CppAD on its own.  I am including it with my Coin
project and the users of my project will probably not have the
autotools. I want users of my project to be able to do

./configure

and have everything work.

Brad -- maybe you can jump in here. I think it may be a simple matter of
adding the config.h file to your stable release.
