[CppAD] Problem with https://projects.coin-or.org/svn/CppAD/stable/1.0/CppAD

Hi Michael:

Thanks for the help, but I am a bit lost. I don't understand your
response. What do I need to build? I thought autoreconf is used by the
build tools which the user won't have? I don't need this for any of the
other projects in the Externals file.
