[CppAD] Change to VecAD specifications

The speed test example for VecAD is
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/lusolvespeed.cpp.xml
Unfortunately, it is currently a copy of
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/luvecadok.cpp.xml
This should be corrected (tonight) during the nightly build of CppAD; i.e.
you should be able to view the speed test example
    http://www.coin-or.org/CppAD/Doc/lusolvespeed.cpp.xml
starting tomorrow 05-12-02.

Viewing CppAD documentation
======================
If your are having trouble viewing the *.xml files,
try the suggestions under the heading Viewing MathML on the web page
    http://www.seanet.com/~bradbell/
If that does not work, you can replace filename.xml by filename.htm
which will display the mathematics as Latex (not as nice an option).
