[Couenne] GAMSlinks with Couenne

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for that tip. My gams license is for 23.6 and it doesn't work with 23.8, but it does with 23.7. I tried building the trunk version of Gamslinks, but Im getting compiler error for the multithreaded code in cppad. I think it is something to do with the boost library. Do I need boost installed on my system ?
