[Couenne] Besides AMPL parser, is there any free software which can produce a file for solving nonlinear mixed integer linear problems which COUENNE can work based on?

Hello Lili,
There is a free package called COCONUT. It has couple of converters that 
converts several formats including .gms, .mod and .nl to and from .dag. To 
create a .nl file from .mod file, you need to convert .mod file to .dag file 
first and then you can convert .dag to .nl. You can download from 
http://www.mat.univie.ac.at/users/coconut/public_html/coconut-
environment/#inst
