[Couenne] How to solve .nl file in couenne.

Hi,

you could run it in the command line like
D:\Couenne\bin\couenne.exe  file.nl

Don't know, but maybe it also works by dropping the icon of the .nl file
on the icon of the couenne executable in the windows explorer?
