[Couenne] Obscure error message when running Couenne

Thanks, I will wait for changes in "exprPow::generateCuts" (and
addPowEnvelope?).

 

FYI: I noticed that if x is integer (or discrete) than more strong cuts may
be generated in "CouenneCutGenerator::addEnvelope"  .
