[Couenne] how to setup acceptable gap limit

Thanks Pietro, both options work perfectly well. They however dont appear in
the output when i do couenne -=. I see bonmin.allowable_gap and
bonmin.allowable_fraction_gap in the output and they also seem to have the
same effect. Im using stable-0.2.
