[Couenne] error running couenne: termination code 11

Francois,

the main problem seems to be that the objective function is a  
constant. For some reason that messes up the way Couenne handles the  
problem objects, but it should return a feasible solution anyway. I'm  
trying to fix that problem, I'll get back to you later.
