[Couenne] about couenne.opt file

Dear Choaib,

for now, all Couenne options can only be specified in the couenne.opt  
file only, in the following format:

convexifying_print_level 0

If a couenne.opt file is placed as you say, there is no need to  
specify those options again in AMPL.
