[Coin-voting-members] General meeting to take place at INFORMS

All COIN-OR members are invited to participate to the general meeting
that will take place at the INFORMS annual meeting, on Monday,
November 5, 12:30pm-1:30pm at location "H – Suite 318, 3rd Floor".

The meeting serves several purposes.
1) Discussion of strategy for the upcoming year.
2) Voting for the current SLB and TLC elections (electronic vote via
email is also possible: instructions will follow shortly).
3) Installation of officers.
4) General discussion and feedback with board members.
