[Coin-discuss] OSI branchAndBound vs CBC

Hi,

my understanding is that OsiCbc should not be used anymore and it is
just confusing that the code is still there.
The best performance with Cbc you probably get by using the
CbcMain0/CbcMain1 functions. There might have been some posting about
this before on the list.
