[Coin-discuss] OSI branchAndBound vs CBC

Using OsiCbc, is a call to OsiCbc::branchAndBound the same as calling Cbc::branchAndBound from a CBC object? How about Cbc::solveWithCuts? Which one of these gives the ful performance of a normal call to CBC for solving a MILP?
