[Coin-discuss] Bug tracking system broken again

Hello everybody,

I wanted to submit some logs to https://projects.coin-or.org/Clp/ticket/23
explaining the observed behaviour, but the bug ticket system is broken 
again: upon submission/preview/attaching-file one gets redirected to the 
COIN-OR projects homepage.  Hitting the back button leaves all entered 
fields empty, which is frustrating.

Can this issue be looked into?
