In CLP and CBC, there are a LOT of these type of warnings. If we don't 
plan to fix them, can someone update the MSVS projects to include the 
define _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS ?

Warning    22    warning C4996: 'fopen': This function or variable may 
be unsafe. Consider using fopen_s instead. To disable deprecation, use 
_CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS. See online help for details.
